ABOUT THIS POSITION

• Full time position 

• 40 hours per week

• $40,000-$45,000 

• Retail and/or sales experience required

REQUIREMENTS

• Organized and detail oriented

• Driven and motivated 

• A team player with a can do attitude

• Excellent communicator

• Creative and able to generate ideas

• Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Canva or Adobe expertise 

• Klaviyo or email marketing experience

• Reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create strategic marketing plan

• Create compelling content

• Manage and share daily on across various Social Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)

• Creation of social media, digital, and print advertising campaigns

• Create monthly content calendar

• Analyze metrics and insights on all platforms

• Copywriting for marketing collateral, website, and blog

• Assist with maintaining website

• Graphic Design of marketing materials

• Send weekly email through Klaviyo

• Help achieve monthly sales goals
