shipping & returns
All orders placed online will be processed within 1-3 days upon order fulfillment. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Some items are made to order and will have a longer lead time. All orders are placed via United States Postal Service. All shipping charges are non refundable, no exceptions.
If you choose Curbside Pickup as your delivery method, you will be contacted via phone or email with the information you provided with your order. You will be contacted once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup. Please park in front of the store during shop hours and call 843-619-2313. Tell the team member that you have arrived and what car you are in. We will then deliver your purchase out to your car.
All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties according to the country that the items are being shipped to.
Online Return Policy
Any unworn merchandise that you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Hermosa Jewelry within 7 days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange or store credit if returned within 14 days within receipt of product.
If you would like to start a Return or exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping your purchase back to the store. Customer is responsible for packing up the product securely and paying for return shipping.
Please allow 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Return processing begins once the package is delivered to us.
*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Items purchased between 9/1/20-12/24/20 must be postmarked by January 15th to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
All sales are final on previously discounted, marked down merchandise, and all custom jewelry.
In Store Returns and Refunds
If you are in the Charleston area, you may bring your purchase to the Hermosa Jewelry Shop to return for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase date with receipt.

Orders and Cancellations
An agreement for Hermosa Jewelry ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
